1. Agreement
By accessing northstar-forge.com or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase the products.
2. Who we are
"Northstar Forge", "we", "us" refers to the business operated by Ole Christian Nygjelten in Oslo, Norway. "You" means anyone using the site or buying a product.
3. Products
Northstar Forge sells digital infoproducts (PDFs, downloadable bundles, written playbooks, code skills). All products are delivered electronically as immediate downloads after successful payment.
4. License
When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes — personal or commercial. You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the product or its contents.
- Share download links, login credentials, or product files with others.
- Claim authorship of the product or remove attribution.
- Use product content to train AI models for resale.
You may freely apply what you learn from the products to your own businesses, including building competing directory sites or other revenue-generating projects.
5. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. By purchasing, you authorize the listed amount to be charged to your payment method.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Briefly: 14-day refund window from date of purchase, no questions asked, contingent on you not having extensively downloaded or redistributed the product.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The products and the site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or revenue outcome from following our products. Building a real business takes real work, and individual results vary.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Northstar Forge's total liability to you for any claim arising from the products or the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Attempt to access systems, data, or resources you are not authorized to access.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Use the products to do anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to product downloads if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these terms. License to use products you have already lawfully purchased survives termination of site access.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought before the competent courts of Oslo, Norway.
