The longer version

Eligibility

  • You purchased a Northstar Forge product directly through northstar-forge.com or a Stripe checkout link.
  • It is within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  • You have not redistributed, shared, or republished any portion of the product.

How to request a refund

Email cyrus@northstar-forge.com with:

  • The email address you used at checkout.
  • Your Stripe receipt or order confirmation.
  • (Optional, but appreciated) a one-line note on what didn't work for you. We use this to make the products better.

Processing time

We typically process refund requests within 1–3 business days. Once issued through Stripe, the refund usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your downloads

After a refund, your license to use the product is revoked. We ask that you delete your local copies. We don't disable already-downloaded files, but use after refund is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Special cases

  • Duplicate purchase. Email us with both receipts. We'll refund the duplicate immediately, no 14-day clock.
  • Failed delivery. If you didn't receive your bundle email, check spam first, then email us. We'll resend within a few hours rather than refund.
  • After 14 days. Refund requests outside the 14-day window are evaluated case-by-case but generally declined. Reach out anyway if you have a genuine issue — we read every email.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost both of us — bank fees, time, and the friction of disputing — when a refund email would have solved it in a day. We promise to be reasonable; we ask the same.
